The U.S. Supreme Court: Supreme Court strikes down California video game law

The U.S. Supreme Court struck down on Monday a California law banning sales or rentals of violent video games to minors for violating free-speech rights, its first ruling in a video game case.

By a 7-2 vote, the justices upheld a ruling by a U.S. appeals court that declared unconstitutional the law, which also imposes strict video-game labeling requirements. Read More
